This seed mix is a nutritious, high oil and protein, complementary feed in addition to your layers ration. Quails traditionally forage on seeds – scattering this seed mix on the ground or mixed in with their pelleted feed, this Heritage Blend replicates some of their natural diet. The seeds have been selected to be an ideal size for small birds, such as Button Quail, Chinese Painted Quail, small gamebirds. Can also be used to supplement the diet of all New World and Old World Quail.

This seed has been extensively tested by ‘Heritage Poultry & Livestock’ on various groups of quail, and has proven to enhance their interest in their environment and stimulates natural foraging instincts.
