However please be aware that due to the current Coronavirus COVID-19 situation, we may encounter unexpected delays and your order may take longer to be delivered than usual. Whilst we are continuing to provide estimated delivery dates at the point of order, please be aware these cannot be guaranteed. All our couriers are offering contactless deliveries to ensure you receive your items and quickly and safely as possible.

FREE Click & Collect Place your order online and have your products ready for collection at the local Heritage Poultry store, available for collection within 3 working days.

Please note, for click and collect orders placed online, products might need to be sourced from our main warehouse so are not available for immediate collection. For queries regarding stock availability in store, please contact us on 01673 607117.

Place your feed order online and have your requirements delivered if you are within our 10 mile delivery range of Market Rasen.

Delivery via Courier

Our Standard UK Mainland delivery service is with Royal Mail for packages up to 2 kg, and Parcelforce for packages over 2 kg.

Due to the extra charges and restrictions imposed by our courier for some Highland, Remote and Offshore postcodes, delivery surcharges may be applied for parcels that are sent via our courier. All available delivery options and costs for your chosen items will be shown during checkout.

Highlands, Remote & Offshore Postcodes include Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and UK Islands, as covered by the following postcode areas: AB31,AB33-38, AB45, AB52-56, BT, FK17-21, IM, IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, TR21-25, ZE

International Deliveries

Unfortunately, we are not yet able to offer this service as standard.  However, if this is something that interests you please do get in touch to request a personalised quote.

Do I need to sign for my order?

Yes, a signature is required when your order is delivered. However, if there is a safe place the courier may, at their discretion, leave your parcel at your request. Please be aware that Heritage Poultry cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to any items that have been left at your request.

Due to Covid-19, the courier may sign on your behalf to maintain social distancing.

What if I am out when my item is delivered?

If you are not in, our courier will leave a card giving you the details on how you can re-arrange delivery. However, if you have specified a safe place for the parcel to be left, the courier may leave the item, however please be aware that Heritage Poultry cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to any items that have been left at your request.

* Whilst Standard Delivery will typically be made within 1 – 2 working days, for items not in stock at our main warehouse delivery may be longer. All deliveries times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

** Pallet deliveries require someone to be available to accept delivery. Please advise of any access restrictions or special requirements (eg tail lifts and pump trucks) when placing your order. A re delivery charge may be applied if delivery cannot be made due to access requirements.
